Sonic Editions Affiliate Program Agreement
1. Introduction
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for joining the Sonic Editions Affiliate Program. By applying to the Program, or remaining in the program, you are confirming your agreement to these terms.
2. Affiliate Obligations
2.1. To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a complete Program application. We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion.
2.2. Affiliates must not use spam or send unsolicited emails to promote Sonic Editions products.
2.3. Affiliates must maintain clear and up-to-date Federal Trade Commission (FTC) disclosure language on their platforms, clearly stating that they receive commissions for sales made through their affiliate links.
3. Prohibited Activities
3.1. Trademark Bidding: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from any form of trademark bidding on search engines or any other platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, bidding on terms such as "Sonic Editions", "SonicEditions.com", variations, misspellings, or any other trademarked terms associated with Sonic Editions, and others as deemed appropriate by us. Additionally, under no circumstance is any sort of TM+ allowed by any partner.
3.2. Coupon Partners: Activities conducted by coupon partners are not eligible for commission. This applies to both direct partners and those operating through a sub-affiliate network.
4. Commission and Payment
4.1. Affiliates will earn a commission for each valid sale generated through their affiliate links, as per the commission structure defined by Sonic Editions.
4.2. Payments will be made via ShareASale on a monthly basis, subject to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
5. Term and Termination
5.1. This Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Program application and will end when terminated by either party.
5.2. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sonic Editions will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any party.
7.2. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between us and you regarding the Sonic Editions Affiliate Program
