Trademark Regulations
The Affiliate shall not use Over The Moon LLC (“Over The Moon,” “the company,” we,” “us,” or “you”) Trademarks without written permission or as authorized in this Agreement. You shall not modify or adapt any aspects of the company’s Trademarks or other Over The Moon proprietary aspects. You shall not use Over The Moon brand marks in combination with any other mark, such as your own logo or design for example, without prior written consent. You shall not use the company’s brand mark in any way that would indicate you using and working with Over The Moon as other than a licensee and Affiliate of the company.
FTC Disclosure Requirements & Social Media and Communications Policy
All social media messages and posts must adhere to Over The Moon’s content standards
Affiliates must state in their bio or link/link tree that they are an affiliate and not an employee of Over The Moon
All content shared must be original work of the affiliate or content
It is up to you how you disclose your connection to Over The Moon, but it should be clear and obvious to the reader and viewer and comply with the Federal Trade Commission Endorsement Guides.
A breakdown is below for what should be included on various social mediums:
Live Streams: A sponsorship disclosure (for example: Thank you Over The Moon for sponsoring this video) that is clear and that appears immediately before or after any affiliate links are shared
Video/Reels: A sponsorship disclosure (visible or spoken) in and at the beginning of video and also in the caption
Social Media Posts: include hashtags such as the ones below and tag Over The Moon in your caption. Examples of hashtags you can incorporate in your caption are below:

Email: If including Over The Moon content in your email marketing campaign, include a disclosure statement in the description of the product or at the top of the Over The Moon section within your email
If your stories are video content, or you are sharing a reel with you discussing the product, you must disclose in the video itself that you are sponsored by Over The Moon.
For any web content, clearly state your affiliation with Over The Moon at the beginning of your content by mentioning one of the following:
Paid Sponsorship with Over The Moon
Presented by Over The Moon
Sponsored by Over The Moon
If you are boosting any of the posts with sponsored content from Over The Moon, you must include one of the following statements and one of the following hashtags:

Coupon/Deal Policy
Over The Moon does not accept coupon and discount code affiliates. If you operate as a coupon aggregator or deal blog, please note that we do not work with those forms of affiliates as we do not offer discounts or sales on our offerings.
Commission Rules
Affiliates can expect a 5% commission on most products offered on Over The Moon. There are exceptions on specific collections, where there is a flat commission of $40.
Commissions will be paid as long as the product is not returned.
Pay Per Click Bidding Rules
If you focus on optimizing your blog or site for certain products, please note that you are not permitted to run a campaign with any of the following keywords or phrases:

Brock Collection
Over The Moon Exclusive
Grounds for Termination
If you fail to comply with the disclosure statements, run competing PPC campaigns, misuse the company’s brand mark, share non-original content, or misrepresent the product, company, or brand, then Over The Moon can terminate the relationship as Merchant and Affiliate.
