Overview:
We are grateful you wish to partner with us to spread the word of our mission! This document helps define the relationship, to ensure all parties are clear on how best to partner. In some cases, commission via ‘affiliate links’ will apply.
Please note that throughout this Agreement, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Thistle Farms, and "you," "your," and "yours" refer to the affiliate.
Rights and Obligations:
We are so grateful for the attention you pay in helping make sure your content aligns with our mission and values. Our brand guidelines should establish the best way to help tell our mission story, but we may reach out and request changes if we see something that feels out of step with our mission and brand.
We hope it doesn’t come to this, but if we find that content recurrently does not align with our mission, your participation in our Affiliate Program may be terminated.
Thistle Farms reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your participation in the Thistle Farms Affiliate Program immediately and without notice to you should you commit fraud in your use of the Thistle Farms Affiliate Program or should you abuse this program in any way. If such fraud or abuse is detected, Thistle Farms shall not be liable to you for any commissions for such fraudulent sales.
Fraudulent sales include any sales discovered to have been obtained through third party sites and advertised as a coupon code. These sales will not receive commission and will result in the termination of our affiliate relationship.
Termination:
Either you or we may end this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. Written notice can be in the form of mail, email or fax. In addition, this agreement will terminate immediately upon any breach of this agreement by you.
Payment:
Thistle Farms uses a third party to handle all of the tracking and payment. The third party is the ShareASale.com affiliate network. Kindly review the network’s payment terms and conditions.
