Patriothealth.com Affiliate Terms & Conditions

DEFINITIONS
This Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Patriot Health, Inc. (“Patriot Health”), and you as an Affiliate (“Affiliate” or "Affiliates") utilizing the AWIN service ("the Service").
ENROLLMENT
After receiving your application, we will review your Website and notify you of your acceptance or rejection into our Program. We reserve the right to reject any application; however, we encourage you to contact us if an incorrect decision has been made.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate relationships and may terminate the relationship at any time.
LINKING
• Affiliates may only use the linking codes obtained through the Affiliate Window without manipulation.
• Affiliates may use deep linking.
• The affiliate is prohibited from using redirects to bounce a click off of a domain where the click did not originate, to give the appearance that it came from that domain. Affiliate links may only redirect from the same domain where the link was originally clicked.
• In any place where linking is used, the affiliate must include an affiliate disclosure
COUPONS
• Affiliates may only advertise using coupon codes provided by Patriot Health (or Awin on behalf of the merchant). Any sales registered through other coupon codes will not be commission eligible.
• Affiliates may not advertise coupon codes obtained from our non-affiliate advertising, customer emails, paid search or any other email campaigns.
DOMAINS
• Affiliates are prohibited from registering, purchasing, or using domains that users may believe are part of Patriot Health Savings Plans.
PPC GUIDELINES
• Affiliates are not permitted to conduct any form of Pay Per Click search activity that sends traffic directly to Patriohealth.com. Any affiliate found to use PPC activity will be terminated from the program and commissions will be voided.
• Affiliates are not allowed to bid on keyword "Patriot", misspellings or combinations in search engines.
ADVERTISING
• Affiliates may place banners or links on your website, newsletters, or within non-spam emails.
• Emails must be sent on your behalf and must not imply that it is being sent on behalf of Patriothealth.com
• Affiliates must provide a copy of any emails sent that include advertisements of our products.
• Affiliates may not create websites that may in any way resemble, copy, mirror, impersonate or frame the Patriot Health website.
• Affiliates may not use Pop-Ups, any other intrusive format, cookie stuffing/cookie dropping techniques to promote Patriot Health products.
• Affiliates cannot impersonate Patriot Heath on any social media platform. Affiliates must be easily identified by users in all promotions on social media.
• Affiliates may not alter any of the creative made available through the Affiliate Window platform.
• Advertising is prohibited within any website, content, email or other means of promotion that:
(a) Promote violence.
(b) Promote discrimination.
(c) Promotes illegal activities.
(d) Negatively impacts Patriot Health's reputation.
(d) Violate the intellectual property rights of Patriot Health or others.
(e) Violates or promotes the violation of any fraud, theft or terrorist and money laundering regulation.
CHANGES TO SERVICE
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this agreement at any time. In the event of any program or material changes, we will notify you via email at least 15 days prior to such change taking effect. We may modify, suspend or discontinue this program at any time.
