1. Affiliates are not allowed to redistribute VTR Learning products in any way.
2. Affiliates are not allowed to submit VTR Learning products to other websites by changing the product name or even using the same name of our products.
3. Affiliates are not allowed to sell any of VTR Learning products in online stores or sites related to auction, such as: eBay, Amazon, etc.
4. Affiliates must not exaggerate the functionalities of VTR Learning products neither in their promotion nor on their own sites.
5. Affiliates may not use downloadable toolbars, adware, spyware, forced click (cookie stuffing) or any other malicious strategies to earn unfair commission payouts.
6. Media partners may not direct link to any pages on the VTR Learning owned domains.
7. Media partners must not use the word official in connection with the VTR Learning owned property name in domain names, search ads, or on landing pages.
8. Confidentiality: This document including its contents and/or any attachments is deemed confidential. The Media Partner may not disclose, disseminate, distribute, or forward this document and/or any related attachments or future related materials or work product to any other parties.
9. Violation of Search Policy: VTR Learning will not pay commissions on any transactions that it believes to be generated by a violation of its search policies.
Domain Name and Site Content Rules:
Enrolled affiliates are not allowed to imitate or copy any kinds of content, form or style from the official VTR Learning webpage, unless it’s a banner ad provided to you by VTR Learning itself. Adjustments shall be made within 48 hours after VTR Learning contacts the affiliate with such violation.
Campaigns may end at any given time with notice being provided through the ShareASale email functionality. VTR Learning reserves the right to remove any affiliate and/or withhold commission payouts at their own discretion based on affiliate behavior and compliance with our terms of service.
