1. Eligibility & Participation
By joining the Galaxy Treats affiliate program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions as well as all applicable Awin network policies and local laws.
2. Prohibited Advertising Channels
Affiliates may not advertise Galaxy Treats products via Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp) or Google Ads (including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).
This restriction includes, but is not limited to:
Paid search campaigns
Social media ads
Retargeting ads
Boosted or sponsored posts
3. Customer Acquisition Policy
The Galaxy Treats affiliate program is intended to attract new customers only.
Affiliates should not focus on driving returning customers who have previously purchased from Galaxy Treats, as our internal marketing team manages retargeting and repeat purchase campaigns.
Affiliates found primarily targeting existing customers may be removed from the program.
4. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must:
Present product information truthfully and in compliance with legal guidelines for hemp-derived cannabinoid products.
Avoid misleading claims or unverified health benefits.
Use only approved brand assets from the Awin creative library or provided by Galaxy Treats.
Refrain from spamming or using unsolicited email marketing.
5. Commission & Payments
Commissions are paid through the Awin platform according to the agreed commission rate and tracking rules.
Sales deemed fraudulent, cancelled, refunded, or violating these Terms & Conditions will be reversed without payment.
6. Termination
Galaxy Treats reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its discretion for:
Breaching these Terms & Conditions
Engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical marketing practices
Violating Awin network policies
7. Changes to Terms
Galaxy Treats may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
