Affiliate Terms of Agreement This Affiliate TOA Terms of Agreement ("Agreement") describes the rights and obligations of Queen City Boxes, Inc. d/b/a/ Unbound (“Unbound”) who reserves the right to reject any web site or affiliate if we determine, in our sole discretion and following our review of your site, that your site is unsuitable for any reason, including, but not limited to, inclusion of content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable. Unbound has the right in its sole and absolute discretion to reject your application, or to terminate your participation in the program, for any reason. 1] Unbound DOES NOT ALLOW affiliates to do PPC promotions or bidding to use keywords like TM(trademark name), TM+Keywords, TM+Coupon use any combination associate with trademark(TM) as per your requirement.2] Unbound DOES NOT ALLOW affiliates to linking directly to their website through the search engines.3] Unbound DOES NOT ALLOW affiliates to promote fake coupon codes on their website. If any affiliates are found promoting fake coupon code(s), Unbound reserves the right to immediately void the transaction, send an email notification to the affiliate to remove the improper use of the coupon code, and, if Unbound so chooses, deactivating the partnership. 4] As an Affiliate Program member, we will make available to you a variety of graphic and textual links ("Links" or "Link"), which, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may display as often and in as many areas on your site as you desire. The Links will serve to identify your site as a member of our Affiliate Program and will establish a link from your site to ours.5] Affiliate will not create a site so that it is confusingly similar to Unbound as determined by our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to sites that mimic or copy the look and feel, or name of Unbound or any variations our name are prohibited.6] You may not place banners or links containing your affiliate id on websites, forums or blogs not directly owned or controlled by you. If you have questions about linking, send us an email and ask.7] Your affiliate tracking cookie may ONLY be set on a user's computer when they click on a link from your website or your opt-in email newsletter that takes them directly to our website. Emailing spamming will NOT be tolerated. Again, if you have questions about this send us an email and ask.8] Unbound allows all the affiliates to promote us through their social media channels.9) We do not allow affiliates to promote codes found outside of ShareASale. Any codes that are user generated on your site will automatically not commission out to the affiliate and/or immediately be voided as a transaction. This may also result in deactivating partnership.10) Commission may only be earned by approved affiliates within the tracking gap. Commission and tracking gaps are subject to change per Unbound’s discretion to the Affiliate program. 11) Any and all tracking links to Unbound must be displayed on a legal and authorized website otherwise, commission will not be applicable.
