The ADO Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") contains the terms and conditions governing your participation in the ADO Affiliate Program ("Program"). 2. Registration plan and ancillary obligations
To start the registration process, you must complete the alliance application through our website. All information associated with your affiliate account must be true and verifiable. Unless approved by ADO, you can only use one affiliate account. Our approved application does not mean that we will not re-evaluate your application in the future. If we decide that your website or/and your participation in our program is not appropriate, we can decide on our own to reject or cancel your application. These may include but are not limited to:
Promote our services in a way that contains any form of misleading, defamatory, illegal activities or any other content that we consider offensive.
Cause damage to the ADO brand name
Promote our services in a way that encourages users to register and participate in any illegal activities
Including non-work sites, blogs with no content, or hosted domains.
Incorporate any material that infringes any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
Inappropriate participation plans include:
- spam. Spam is the use of an email system to send any unsolicited bulk mail, whether commercial or non-commercial. The term "spam" applies to similar abuses in other media: junk faxes, mobile phone SMS spam, instant messaging spam, search engine spam, Internet forum spam, social network spam, blog spam, wikis Spam, etc. If you run newsletters, e-magazines, or any type of bulk messaging service or software, you must have evidence that people have registered to receive your messages.
-Cookie injection technology. You must not use cookie injection technology to set affiliate cookies, including forcing clicks without recommending visitors’ knowledge or generating hidden affiliate links (for example, through iframes, images, pop-up windows, javascript, flash-based cookie injection, etc.).
-SEM part: Do not use ADO brand words and model words in search engine channels such as Google and Bing
– Incorrect advertising method. Without special approval, you may not bid for competing keywords that contain any ADO variants or PPC programs (such as Google promotion) misspelled. You may not use your rebate link in any PPC program (such as Google promotion). You may not write ADO, variants, or misspelled text in any ad text used to promote your website in PPC programs (such as Google Adwords). Without special approval, you may not use your domain name to forward or block when directing visitors to our website. ADO reserves the right to view and/or reject any and all advertising creatives, display creatives, text, images or other associated corporate assets that will cause user traffic to be directed to our website.
– Transfer of ownership of the alliance account. You may not transfer ownership or sell your affiliate account to another party without reaching an agreement with us in advance. We reserve the right to review your placement and approve the use of your links, graphic banners, widgets or other affiliate link tools at any time, and ask you to change your placement or use to comply with the guidelines provided to you. You are fully responsible for your site, including its design, development, operation and maintenance, and all materials contained therein or appearing in it. 5. Commission ratio

6. Commission payment
ADO affiliate marketing commissions are settled on the 10th of each month. We will pay your account within 7 working days using the payment method you registered. No bill will be generated if the amount is less than $10, and the refund rate will be higher than 5%. The qualification of the distributor will be suspended, and the commission will be transferred to the rejected Commission (internal letter appeal).
If you have not earned any rebate commissions or have not logged into your membership account within any 12 months, we may close your account, terminate this agreement and withhold any unpaid commissions. We reserve the right to suspend or withhold the commissions of members who violate the terms of this agreement, but we choose not to terminate the contact with them, but to provide a reasonable time to repair the violation.
7. Terms of Agreement
The term of this agreement starts with our approval of your program application and ends when you or us terminate it. You or we can terminate this agreement at any time by notifying the other party in writing. After the termination of this agreement, you will immediately stop using all links on this website and all links deleted from this website and any other promotional materials we provide to you related to members.
