We disallow any PPC bidding on Google ads and/or Pintrest ads. However, for Google display ads and Youtube ads, PPC bidding is acceptable. There is to be no mention of the words "coupon(s)" or "discount(s)" in regard to our products on any affiliate sites. There is to be no posted coupons or discount codes on our affiliate sites. We are happy to discuss the possibility of personalized discounts/coupons for trusted affiliates on their websites or email lists. We may terminate any agreement or affiliate partnership if:
1. We suspect or discover illegal PPC bidding
2. We suspect or find illegal coupon/discount advertisements
3. The said affiliate has not made a successful sale of our products for over two months
4. The said affiliate is dishonest in reporting sales
5. There is any other reasonable cause
