1. Enrollment & Participation
Approval: True Grace reserves the right to review and approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
Brand Alignment: Affiliates must maintain a website or social presence that aligns with True Grace’s values of health, wellness, and environmental sustainability.
2. Commission & Payment
Base Rate: Affiliates earn a baseline commission of 10% on qualified sales.
Tiered Incentives:
- Sales > $150 receive a 1% bonus (11% total).
- Sales > $250 receive a 2% bonus (12% total).
VIP Bonus: A one-time monthly bonus of $20 is issued when a publisher exceeds $1,000 in total sales within a single calendar month.
Cookie Duration: Commissions are tracked via a 90-day cookie. If a customer returns and purchases within 90 days of clicking your link, you receive credit (unless they click another affiliate link after yours).
3. Search Engine Marketing (PPC) Policy
To prevent cannibalization of True Grace’s internal marketing efforts, the following rules apply:
No Brand Bidding: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on "True Grace" or "True Grace Health" brand terms (including misspellings and variations) on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other search engines.
No "Coupon" Bidding: Bidding on "True Grace Coupons" or "True Grace Discount Codes" is prohibited.
Negative Keywords: Affiliates running paid search for generic terms (e.g., "best vitamins") must add "True Grace" as a negative keyword to avoid accidental brand bidding.
4. Content & Ethical Guidelines
FDA Compliance: Affiliates must not make claims that True Grace products "cure, treat, or prevent" any disease. All content must include the standard FDA disclaimer where applicable.
Transparency: Per FTC guidelines, affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with True Grace on any post or page where an affiliate link is present (e.g., "I may earn a commission from links in this post").
Intellectual Property: Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive license to use provided True Grace logos, product images, and banners for the sole purpose of promoting the program.
5. Prohibited Actions
Coupon Sites: Unless specifically authorized, True Grace does not partner with "coupon-only" or "deal-aggregator" sites.
Self-Referrals: Affiliates may not earn commissions on their own purchases.
Spam: The use of unsolicited commercial email (SPAM), mass automated postings, or "cookie-stuffing" is grounds for immediate termination.
6. Termination
True Grace reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation and withhold any unpaid commissions if these Terms and Conditions are violated. We also reserve the right to modify this program or its commission structure at any time with 7 days' notice to all active partners.
