These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the NexiGo Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By applying to join or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Enrollment in the Program
1.1 To participate, you must submit a complete application through our designated affiliate network (e.g., Awin).
1.2 We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, with or without reason.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1 Promotion – You agree to promote NexiGo products using only approved links, banners, and materials provided through the Program.
2.2 Compliance – You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the policies of the affiliate network.
2.3 Brand Integrity – You may not:
Misrepresent NexiGo products, features, or pricing.
Engage in misleading, offensive, or inappropriate advertising.
Use unauthorized coupons, discounts, or promotional codes.
Bid on NexiGo trademarks or related terms in paid search campaigns without written approval.
3. Commission & Payment
3.1 Commission Structure – Affiliates earn commissions based on qualifying purchases as defined by the affiliate network. Specific rates and conditions are outlined within the network platform.
3.2 Payment – Payments are managed and disbursed by the affiliate network according to their policies and schedules.
3.3 Reversals – Commissions may be reversed for cancellations, returns, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 NexiGo grants Affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use approved marketing materials solely for participation in the Program.
4.2 You may not modify, alter, or misrepresent our trademarks, logos, or content without prior written approval.
5. Term & Termination
5.1 Term – These Terms remain in effect as long as you are enrolled in the Program.
5.2 Termination by Affiliate – You may terminate participation at any time by removing all affiliate links and materials.
5.3 Termination by NexiGo – We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, including violations of these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Program. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the total commissions paid to you during the three (3) months prior to a claim.
7. Modification of Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
