To protect our brand identity and ensure a consistent experience for our customers, affiliates must adhere to the following branding guidelines when promoting We Are Raising the Bar (RTB):
Approved Usage
You may refer to “We Are Raising the Bar”, “Raising the Bar” or “RTB” in written content (blogs, reviews, social posts) as long as it is accurate, authentic, and not misleading.
You may use official RTB logos, banners, and creatives provided within the Awin platform.
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines.
Prohibited Brand Use
Affiliates may not:
Use “We Are Raising the Bar,” “weareraisingthebar.com,” or similar brand terms in:
Paid search ad copy (titles, descriptions, headlines)
Display URLs or subdomains
Your own domain name or social handles
Directly link PPC ads to weareraisingthebar.com (must route through your own content first)
Alter or modify RTB brand assets, logos, or imagery
Impersonate or give the impression that you are We Are Raising the Bar (e.g., claiming to be the “official site”)
Violations
- Any affiliate found misusing RTB branding may:
- Be immediately removed from the program
- Forfeit pending commissions
- Face legal action in cases of willful infringement
