USAGE RIGHTS
All Content must be sent to the Company for unlimited usage on all media, in all markets.
The Company has exclusive rights to use the Content, including but not limited to: Company website, affiliated websites, advertising, social feeds, and e-newsletters.
The Company can utilize Content for testimonials in all markets.
The Company can tag / mention the Affiliate anytime the Affiliate’s paid Content is used.
LINKING TO THE PERFECTLY SNUG WEBSITE
Upon acceptance into the program a link will be made available to the Affiliate from Perfectly Snug Inc. The Affiliate’s acceptance into the program means the Affiliate agrees to the following rules surrounding linking to the Perfectly Snug website:
The Affiliate will only use the link obtained from Perfectly Snug Inc. without manipulation
The Affiliate's website will not in any way copy, resemble or mirror the look of our website.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Promotion on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms is permitted following these guidelines:
The Affiliate is allowed to promote approved Affiliate offers to their own followers
The Affiliate is prohibited from posting their Affiliate links on Perfectly Snug Inc.’s company pages in an attempt to generate Affiliate sales
The Affiliate is prohibited from running Facebook ads with Perfectly Snug Inc.’s company name
MATERIAL DISCLOSURES AND COMPLIANCE WITH FTC GUIDELINES
When publishing posts/statuses about the Company’s products or services, the Affiliate must clearly disclose his/her “material connection” with the Company, including the fact that the Affiliate was given any consideration, was provided with certain experiences or is being paid for a particular service. The Influencer should only make factual statements about The Company or The Company's products which the Affiliate knows for certain are true and can be verified.
