Program Terms for Le Mini Macaron
Commission Structure
- Standard commission: 10% per approved sale.
- Cookie duration: 7 days
- Returns, cancellations, or fraudulent transactions will not be commissioned.
Approval Policy
- We manually review all applications.
- We welcome content, loyalty, and influencer partners.
- We do not work with coupon or cashback sites unless pre-approved.
Brand Guidelines
Publishers may not:
- Use our brand name or variations (including misspellings) in paid search campaigns, ad copy, or display URLs.
- Create social media accounts or websites impersonating Le Mini Macaron
- Use non-approved creative materials or alter our logos or banners.
Voucher Code Policy
- Only codes provided via Awin or directly by our team are eligible for commission.
- Any sales generated using unauthorized codes may be declined.
Paid Search Policy
- No bidding on our brand name, trademark, or domain names.
- No direct linking from search engines to our site.
- Generic keyword bidding (e.g., “clean nail polish”) is allowed, as long as ad copy does not include brand terms.
Email & Social Media Marketing
- Email campaigns must comply with all anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Social posts must clearly disclose affiliate relationships (#ad, #affiliate).
Returns & Cancellations
Commission will not be paid on returned, canceled, or fraudulent orders.
