2. Affiliates are not allowed to redistribute MiniTool Products in any way without a written permission from MiniTool.
3. Affiliates are not allowed to submit our products to other websites by changing the product name or even using the same name of our products.
4. Affiliates are not allowed to sell any of MiniTool products on online stores or sites related to auction, such as: eBay, Amazon, etc.
5. Affiliates must not exaggerate the functionalities of our products neither in their promotion nor on their own sites.
6. Affiliates may not use downloadable toolbars, adware, spyware, forced click (cookie stuffing) or any other malicious strategies to earn unfair commission payouts.
Domain Name and Site Content Rules:
1. Affiliates are not allowed to use the following protected keywords as part of their domain name, including but not limited to: MiniTool, MiniTool Software Ltd., MiniTool software, Partition Wizard, ShdowMaker, etc.
2. Affiliates are not allowed to imitate the form and style of our web site. All rights are reserved by MiniTool Software Ltd. MiniTool reserves the right to remove any affiliate and/or withhold commission payouts at their own discretion based on affiliate behavior and compliance with our terms of service.
