Affiliate Program Agreement
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions for your participation as an affiliate in the PremiumBrandGoods Affiliate Program (“Program”), managed via AWIN.com (“Network”). By joining and participating in our Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following:
1. Enrollment & Acceptance
To participate, you must submit a complete application via AWIN. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
You will promote PremiumBrandGoods honestly and in accordance with all applicable laws, using only approved links and materials provided by us or the Network. You may not engage in misleading, unethical, or illegal marketing practices.
3. Commissions & Payment
Standard commission is 10% per sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Commissions are tracked and paid by AWIN according to their standard schedule, after the applicable pending period.

4. Order Processing & Fulfillment
PremiumBrandGoods is responsible for all order processing, fulfillment, shipping, and customer service.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
Use spam, cookie stuffing, or forced clicks
Bid on our trademark or brand terms in search engines
Misrepresent PremiumBrandGoods or make false claims
Use unapproved creative or modify provided materials
6. Relationship of Parties
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship.
7. Term & Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, via written notice or through AWIN. Commissions earned up to the date of termination will be paid according to the Network’s terms.
8. Modification
We may modify any terms of this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via AWIN.
9. Limitation of Liability
PremiumBrandGoods is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
