By joining the SheBird Affiliate Programme on AWIN, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in addition to AWIN’s standard publisher terms and conditions.
1. Programme Overview
SheBird is a lifestyle that designs ready to wear clothing with built-in shapewear. Affiliates are rewarded with commission for driving valid sales via tracked affiliate links provided through AWIN.
2. Commission
Commission rates are detailed within the AWIN interface and may vary by promotion or product category.
Commissions are earned only on completed, valid transactions tracked through AWIN.
Commissions will not be paid on cancelled, returned, or fraudulent orders.
3. Cookie Duration
The cookie period is 30 days. If a customer purchases within this period after clicking your affiliate link, the sale will be attributed to you.
4. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates may promote SheBird through approved methods, including:
Websites, blogs, and editorial content
Email newsletters (where legally compliant and permission-based)
Social media posts (clearly disclosed as affiliate activity)
Prohibited promotion methods include:
PPC bidding on SheBird brand terms, misspellings, or variations
Misleading claims or false advertising
Use of unapproved creatives, logos, or imagery
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any fraudulent activity
6. Content & Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must represent SheBird accurately and positively.
Content must not be offensive, misleading, or harmful to the brand reputation.
Affiliates may not claim to be SheBird or operate websites that impersonate the brand.
7. Termination
SheBird reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from the program at any time if terms are breached, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, misuse of brand assets, or policy violations.
8. Amendments
SheBird may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via AWIN. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
