Incentivized traffic, like publishers offering compensation to their visitors for purchase of advertiser’s products is not allowed.

Use of advertiser’s assets: No banner or link provided through the Share-A-Sale interface may be distributed through contextual advertising networks without our written permission. Additionally, our assets cannot be used on the following types of websites: any site that promotes or links to content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, violent, discriminatory, harassing or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

SEM-related clauses
Affiliate may not use Taza Chocolate, Taza, Taza Chocolate bars, Taza Mexican Chocolate, Taza Chocolate Reviews, Taza Chocolate Official Site, Taza Chocolate snacks, and any variations including misspellings, alternate spellings, alternate spacing, or any phrases that include these terms as SEM Bidding Keywords. The publisher is required to negative match these protected keywords. Failure to adhere to these program terms may result in the suspension of commissions while violations are being investigated.
Affiliate may not use our brand name or domain name, or any variation, similar terms or misspelling of our brand name, as the displayed domain or destination URL in any search advertisement. Publishers may not use "Taza Chocolate Products" and similar groupings of copy in order to suggest the selling of Taza Chocolate products. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the suspension of commissions while violations are being investigated.
Direct linking in search campaigns is prohibited
SEO-related clauses
You may not register any domain name that contains our brand name, misspellings of our brand name or variations of our brand name.
