By applying to and joining the AeroflowDynamics Performance Corp affiliate program, or accessing an affiliate link from a third party or other partner within the AeroflowDynamics Performance Corp affiliate program, you agree to the following rules, regulations, and terms and conditions.
Use of Trademarks:
We do not allow the use of our trademarks, urls, misspellings, extensions or any variation within the goal of optimizing for them. Below are guidelines to follow.
PPC and Media Buys – You may not bid or use any of our trademarks, names, extensions or variations as keywords for any PPC network, content network or media buy. Please also add "AeroflowDynamics", "Aeroflow Dynamics", "AeroflowDynamics Performance Corp" and "aeroflowdynamics.com" to your negative keywords list. We may ask for screenshots if we see your ads showing for our trademarks or brands, and you agree to provide them within 2 business days. During this time frame your commissions may be set to zero and some or all may be reversed regardless of origin. If we can verify sales were not driven using our trademarks, your commissions will be restored. This will be at the sole discretion of the affiliate manager.
Social Media – You may not use the AeroflowDynamics Performance Corp name or any variation of our brands as hashtags, pretend to be us, represent us or be endorsed or sponsored by AeroflowDynamics Performance Corp. You may not create any account using our name or post any messages, include our materials or links to any AeroflowDynamics Performance Corp account or profile. You also agree to not tag, call out or link to our social profiles.
SEO – You may not build pages, websites, blogs or domains that optimize for AeroflowDynamics Performance Corp including modifiers and extensions. This includes terms like AeroflowDynamics Performance Corp reviews, Aeroflow Dynamics coupons, AeroflowDynamics.com discounts etc… If you build a URL like URL.com/aeroflowdynamics-coupons.html, we will ask you to include a no index tag and block access to the page via your site’s robots.txt. This is to help ensure that the dedicated page cannot be indexed in the search engines.
If this cannot be done, we will ask for the page to be taken down immediately, or you can and will be removed from the program, and all commissions regardless of origin will be reversed. Certain exceptions may be provided, but only in writing from the current head of ecommerce and marketing and not the Affiliate Manager.
With the written approval, it must say that AeroflowDynamics Performance Corp understands that allowing you to do this will cause financial harm and damage to AeroflowDynamics Performance Corp's revenue. If this is not on the signed document, you will not earn any commissions and all unpaid commissions will be voided. There are zero exceptions and any future, past and current agreements do not override this.
Advertising Disclosures:
Advertising disclosures must always be present. They must appear on any and every webpage that uses affiliate links and before any affiliate links are visible. The advertising disclosure cannot be in popup windows, drop down menus, footers, the bottom of blog posts, require a user to click to another page to read it, appear at the bottom of a page, or anywhere else that would appear after an affiliate link or where they are not easily visible.
Advertising disclosures must also always be used when promoting an affiliate link on any social media site, email campaign or other marketing piece. Failure to use a proper advertising disclosure will result in an immediate removal from the AeroflowDynamics Performance Corp program and/or all commissions being reversed regardless of origin.
We may also set your commissions to 0% and send a warning until disclosures are in place, but this is on a case by case basis. You as the affiliate also agree to take on any and all financial and legal liabilities or issues that arise for AeroflowDynamics Performance Corp and any legal and financial liabilities or issues that arise because of your lack of disclosures to the affiliate management agency because you did not use a disclosure properly or at all.
Coupon & Loyalty Sites:
If you run a deals, coupon or loyalty site, please read the following closely. If we find any of the following, and you do not have written approval or permission from the current head of marketing or ecommerce (not the affiliate manager), we may reverse all commissions both current and previous, and you may be removed from the program without warning.
The written permission on the exclusion must also include the head of ecommerce or digital marketing stating that they are fully aware that by allowing you to do any of the following that you will be causing severe financial harm and damage to AeroflowDynamics Performance Corp. They must fully understand the following causes financial damage to AeroflowDynamics Performance Corp and these words must appear on their signed and initialed agreement.
We do not allow the following:
-Posting codes to properties you do not own – You cannot post codes, coupons or deals to websites and web properties you do not own. You can however post to your own social media accounts, as long as you follow our trademark, social media, advertising disclosure and branding guidelines.
-Toolbars, Downloadable Software and Adware
-We do not allow adware of any kind in the program. Adware by our definition is anything that can interrupt the shopping process, traffic, disrupt the end user experience or be used to display an ad. This includes but is not limited to PPV, couponware, reminderware, loyaltyware, contextual ads, interruptive ads, shopping windows, browser helper objects, browser extensions, CPV advertising.
Link Cloaking:
All links have to be clearly visible and not cloaked. We need to see the referring URL from the exact page the last click came from. You cannot cloak links, use redirects or show us one page but end users the other. If you are found cloaking links, we will reverse all commissions from cloaked links, or where the referrer is not available and without warning. You may also be removed from the program without warning or notice because of cloaked links. This cannot be overwritten by any previous, future or current agreements.
Disclaimers:
If you are promoting other products on same website that are restricted, age verified or other controlled products like nicotine, alcohol or tobacco, you will follow all legal protocol and add disclaimers. Failure to do so will result in immediate removal from the program without warning and all commissions being reversed. The disclaimers must be complaint with the United State of America, the European Union and also for any and every country your audience will be exposed to the affiliate links and advertisement.
Other:
You cannot shop through your own affiliate links and purchase an account, even if it is to do a review of AeroflowDynamics Performance Corp.
Right to Reverse Commissions and Acceptance Into the AeroflowDynamics Performance Corp affiliate program
We reserve the right to reverse any commission at any time for any reason and without warning. We can also remove any partner for any reason and at any point in time without question. By agreeing and joining, you understand that no previous, future or current agreement overrides this. There are no guaranteed commissions, payouts or commission levels, even if you have a custom offer from AeroflowDynamics Performance Corp or an outside agency. This can and may be revoked with or without warning. This agreement overrides any past, present and future agreements.
TOS Changes:
It is your responsibility to check our TOS as we will update them on occasion, and we may not provide the dates when they will change or the details about the changes.
