Terms and conditions
1. Commission & Validation
Publishers will earn commissions on valid, approved sales generated through their affiliate links. All transactions are subject to validation, including checks for fraud, cancellations, returns, duplicate orders, or policy violations. Invalid transactions will be declined and not commissionable.
2. Cookie Duration
We offer a 30-day tracking cookie window from the initial click.
3. Paid Search (PPC) Policy
Publishers may not bid on:
Our brand name, brand misspellings, or branded keywords
Domain names resembling our brand
Direct linking to our site using paid search ads
Publishers may bid on generic, non-brand keywords and may use value-added landing pages.
4. Promotional Methods
The following traffic sources are allowed:
Content sites and blogs
Email marketing (opt-in lists only)
Social media
Cashback and loyalty programs
Coupon and deal sites
The following are strictly prohibited:
Cookie stuffing
Toolbar, adware, or spyware traffic
Forced clicks or misleading redirects
Incentivized traffic without disclosure
Trademark infringement
Fake or misleading discount codes
5. Coupon & Deal Usage
Publishers may only promote valid, publicly available discount codes supplied through Awin or approved directly by us. Unauthorized or misleading coupon promotion may result in commission reversals.
6. Email Marketing
Email promotions must comply with all applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) and may only be sent to users who have explicitly opted in. Brand impersonation or deceptive subject lines are prohibited.
7. Content & Brand Guidelines
Publishers must not:
Misrepresent our products, pricing, or policies
Use our brand name or logos in domain names or social handles
Create sites that imitate our official website or branding
We reserve the right to request changes to any promotional placement that conflicts with our brand guidelines.
8. Geographic Targeting
Traffic must comply with all local laws and regulations in the regions where promotions occur.
9. Compliance & Program Integrity
We reserve the right to:
Decline commissions resulting from policy violations
Suspend or remove publishers at our discretion
Modify program terms at any time with notice via Awin
10. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time. Upon termination, outstanding validated commissions will be paid per Awin’s standard payout policies.
