This agreement outlines the guidelines, restrictions, and regulations for promoting AmpAura products. Please read this document carefully before joining our program.
Program Restrictions and Regulations
Prohibited Activities:
Affiliates are not allowed to engage in any form of spamming, including unsolicited email (SPAM).
Affiliates may not use paid advertising, such as PPC (Pay-Per-Click), to bid on keywords containing "AmpAura" or variations thereof.
Affiliates must not use misleading or deceptive practices to promote AmpAura products.
Affiliates are prohibited from promoting AmpAura products on websites that contain or promote illegal activities, violence, discrimination, or explicit content.
Affiliates must not engage in cookie stuffing or use techniques to set cookies without the user's knowledge and consent.
Branding and Marketing:
Affiliates must use only approved marketing materials provided by AmpAura. Unauthorized use of AmpAura's logos, trademarks, or any other intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates must accurately represent AmpAura products and avoid making false claims or misrepresentations.
Domain Restrictions:
Affiliates are not permitted to use domain names that include "AmpAura" or any confusingly similar variations.
Discounts and Promotions:
Affiliates must not offer unauthorized discounts, coupons, or promotions. All promotional offers must be approved and provided by AmpAura.
Affiliates must not mislead users about the terms of any promotion.
Compliance with Laws:
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.
Commission Reversals:
AmpAura reserves the right to reverse commissions in cases of fraudulent activities, returned products, chargebacks, or cancellations.
Termination:
AmpAura reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time for violation of this agreement or any other reason deemed necessary.
