Inateck Affiliate Program Agreement
1. Agreement This Agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Inateck Affiliate Program. “Affiliate,” “you,” and “your” refer to the applicant. “Inateck,” “we,” and “us” refer to Inateck Technology Inc. By applying, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
2. Enrollment To participate, you must submit an application. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.
3. Affiliate URL & Tracking Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate URL. Tracking is cookie-based. If a user’s browser does not support cookies or they are cleared, tracking and commission attribution may not be possible.
4. Commissions & Attribution Logic (Critical: De-duplication)
Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a standard 6% commission on the net sale price of qualifying purchases.
Attribution Model: We operate on a Last-Click basis. However, Inateck’s internal paid marketing channels take priority.
De-duplication Policy: No commission will be paid if a sale is attributed to Inateck’s own paid advertising channels, including but not limited to Google Ads (PPC), Facebook Ads, or official newsletters, even if an affiliate link was clicked during the customer journey. If our system detects that a paid ad was the primary driver of the conversion, the affiliate referral will be voided.
Verification Period: All orders are subject to a 50-day verification period to account for returns, cancellations, and fraud checks. Commissions will only be approved and cleared for payment after this 50-day window.
5. Payment Terms Payments are issued via PayPal. It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to provide a valid PayPal address. Commissions are paid out in the next billing cycle following the 50-day verification period.
6. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & PPC Policy
Keyword Bidding: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on Inateck trademarked terms (e.g., “Inateck,” “Inateck keyboard,” “Inateck sleeve”) or any variations/misspellings on Google Ads, Bing, or other PPC platforms.
Negative Keywords: You must add “Inateck” as a negative keyword in your PPC campaigns to avoid overlap with our official ads.
Direct Linking: Direct linking to the Inateck website from any paid search ad is prohibited without written consent. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions.
7. Coupon & Discount Code Policy Affiliates may only promote discount codes explicitly provided to them through the Inateck Affiliate Program. You are PROHIBITED from using codes found via Inateck’s newsletters, social media, or other 3rd party sites. Commissions generated using unauthorized codes will be declined.
8. Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Inateck is solely responsible for processing orders and handling customer service. Customers who buy through this program are customers of Inateck, and all our standard rules and policies apply.
9. Prohibited Content & Websites We reserve the right to terminate the partnership if an Affiliate’s website promotes:
Sexually explicit or violent material.
Discrimination or illegal activities.
Copyright or trademark infringement.
10. Anti-Spam Policy Spamming (unsolicited emails, forum/social media spamming) is strictly forbidden. Any reported abuse will lead to the permanent closing of your account and loss of all earnings.
11. Relationship of Parties You are an independent contractor. This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.
12. Term and Termination Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately remove all affiliate links and Inateck branding from your site.
13. Limitation of Liability Inateck will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this program or the tracking system.
