This agreement is designed with you in mind, as well as in the protection of you, www.tishwish.com and our customers. Please, read thoroughly. Affiliation agreement
This agreement describes the terms and conditions to participate in the affiliate program of www.tishwish.com. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). By signing up for the affiliate program www.tishwish.com, you confirm that you have read the agreement and accept the terms and conditions.
Commissions
For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the client must complete the order form and remit the full payment of the product. The commissions will only be paid for the sales that are made when the client clicks on qualified and correctly structured affiliate links. The duly codified links are the exclusive responsibility of the affiliate. The commissions can be seen on the ShareaSale Dashboard. If the Member is in a one-time payment option, they will receive a commission for each new registration.
Payment
Payments will be made in accordance with ShareASale's policies
Refunds
In the event that a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the member has earned commissions, any commission earned on the amount of the refund will be deducted from the affiliate's balance.
Use and Obligations
Affiliates are allowed to use the www.tishwish.com brand and the marketing resources available in the Affiliates section of the www.tishwish.com application. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not obtain any registered trademark, copyright or any other right on these materials. The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of www.tishwish.com and will never advertise the products of www.tishwish.com directly. The Affiliate will never represent himself, www.tishwish.com or his relationship with www.tishwish.com in a false or misleading manner. The Affiliate will not participate in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) that mentions or makes reference to www.tishwish.com.
Duration and Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the contract immediately without notice. If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions will be paid for past or future customer transactions.
Arbitration
All claims and disputes arising in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration.
Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time and in our sole discretion. These changes may include but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.
