Layla Grayce

By applying to and participating in the Layla Grayce Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility

Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age.

Participation is subject to approval, and Layla Grayce reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
 

Commissions & Payments

Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate links.

Commission rates, payment thresholds, and schedules are provided in the affiliate dashboard.

Orders that are returned, canceled, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid are not eligible for commission.

Layla Grayce reserves the right to withhold or adjust commission payments in cases of suspected fraud, policy violation, or customer disputes.

Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may promote Layla Grayce through blogs, websites, social media, and email, provided such activities comply with applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and FTC disclosure requirements).

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in all promotions.

Misleading claims, spam tactics, coupon misuse, or promotion of unauthorized discounts are strictly prohibited.

Paid advertising (including search engine marketing, PPC, or social ads) using Layla Grayce’s brand name, trademarks, or domain is prohibited without prior written approval.

Affiliates may not impersonate Layla Grayce, misrepresent themselves as the brand, or use URL masking to obscure affiliate links.

Brand Representation

Affiliates are expected to represent Layla Grayce in a positive, authentic manner consistent with our brand values.

Use of Layla Grayce logos, images, or other creative assets must comply with brand guidelines provided or approved by Layla Grayce.
 

Termination

Layla Grayce may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or any activity deemed harmful, fraudulent, or inconsistent with brand values.

Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice.

If an affiliate has received complimentary or discounted product from Layla Grayce for promotional purposes, and the affiliate terminates their participation or is terminated for cause, Layla Grayce reserves the right to require return of such product or reimbursement of its cost.

Any commissions previously paid on orders that are later canceled, returned, or found to be fraudulent may be deducted from future payments or invoiced back to the affiliate.
 

Modifications

Layla Grayce reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via the affiliate dashboard or email. Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
