This Agreement describes the specific terms and conditions for participation in the NORLII BOX Affiliate Program.
1. PPC Policy
No PPC activity allowed. No keyword bidding or trademark bidding. You may not bid on any Norlii or Norlii box terms, including any variations or misspellings hereof, for search or content based campaigns on Google, Bing, Yahoo or any other network. You may not use Norlii terms in sequence with any other keyword. No commission will be granted via PPC/brand bidding.
2. Coupons
You may only advertise coupon codes that are provided to you through the affiliate program network, to you directly from Norlii or displayed on our website, https://www.norlii.com .
3. Creative work
You may not modify or alter any offer or any graphic file or creative work made available for use by Norlii.
4. Promotion Restrictions
You should know that certain forms of advertising are always prohibited by Norlii. For example, advertising commonly referred to as "spamming" is unacceptable to us and could cause damage to our name.
5. Local Legislation
You must act in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. If distributing an offer outside the United States, you are responsible for being familiar with the particular laws, regulations and industry customs in those countries as well as to comply with all such laws, regulations and industry customs.
6. Email Policy
You must ensure that the addresses on email address lists promoting Norlii products are entirely “opt-in.” This means that the email recipient has consented to receiving advertisements of the type sent by you via a clear and conspicuous affirmative “opt-in” process (and has not subsequently revoked such consent), subject to a posted, clear, conspicuous and accurate privacy policy that allows such use.
7. Transactions
Commissions are paid out only on purchase of subscriptions. Payout only applies to the initial transaction. Commisions are not paid out for purchases from the members store (“Online store” https://www.norlii.com/members-page). Transaction value that commissions are paid on do not include VAT / sales tax. Transaction value that commissions are paid on do not include credit card fees. Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Reasons commissions are declined:
• Order cancelled
• Customer failed credit check
• Breach of terms and conditions
• Duplicate order
• Box was out of stock
• Other
Affiliates cannot make use of Norlii referral codes in combination with getting commission on a sale.
