Program Terms

1. General Program Rules

1.1 Affiliates must comply with Awin’s Network Policies and MISSHA’s brand guidelines at all times.
1.2 Participation in the program is subject to MISSHA’s approval and may be terminated at any time for non-compliance.
1.3 Affiliates may not misrepresent the MISSHA brand or create false claims about products.

2. Commission Structure & Eligibility

2.1 Standard commissions are paid on approved sales tracked through Awin’s platform.
2.2 Returns, cancellations, and fraudulent transactions will not qualify for commission.
2.3 Commissions are deduplicated against MISSHA’s own marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email campaigns, to prevent double payment.

3. Paid Search (PPC) Policy

3.1 Brand Bidding Restrictions:

Affiliates may NOT bid on MISSHA brand terms, brand name + generic keywords (e.g., “MISSHA toner”), or misspellings/variations.

Affiliates may NOT use “MISSHA” in ad copy, display URLs, or paid search titles/descriptions.

3.2 Negative Keyword Requirement:

Affiliates must add “MISSHA” and common misspellings to their negative keyword lists.

3.3 Approved PPC Activity:

Affiliates may bid on generic non-branded keywords (e.g., “K-beauty toner,” “hydrating skincare”) as long as ads do not mislead or impersonate MISSHA.

4. Shopping Ads and Comparison Sites

4.1 Affiliates may place shopping ads on search engines provided they do not bid on brand terms.
4.2 Comparison Shopping Services (CSS): Shopping ads placed via CSS must be tracked in a separate publisher account.

5. Content and Promotional Guidelines

5.1 Affiliates must ensure that all promotional content (blogs, reviews, social media, etc.) is truthful, accurate, and brand-appropriate.
5.2 Affiliates may not:

Use misleading discounts or unauthorized coupon codes.

Republish MISSHA content without prior permission.

Send unsolicited email marketing (spam) featuring MISSHA.

6. Restricted Publishers

6.1 A restricted group of pre-approved publishers may be authorized for limited PPC activities, at MISSHA’s discretion.
6.2 Affiliates found engaging in unauthorized PPC activity may have commissions withheld and accounts terminated.

7. Attribution & Deduplication

7.1 MISSHA operates a last-click attribution model via Awin unless otherwise agreed.
7.2 Affiliate commissions are deduplicated against:

MISSHA’s brand PPC campaigns

Paid social advertising

Email campaigns

8. Termination & Breach of Policy

8.1 MISSHA reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates who violate these terms.
8.2 Any affiliate found in breach may forfeit unpaid commissions.
8.3 MISSHA may update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with notice provided via Awin.

9. Legal Disclaimer

9.1 Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees of MISSHA.
9.2 Affiliates are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including advertising disclosure guidelines (e.g., FTC requirements).
