Program Terms

1. Brand Essence

MISSHA is a global Korean beauty brand delivering innovative, high-quality, and affordable skincare and cosmetics. Our brand values:

Accessibility – Premium quality at an approachable price.

2. Logo Usage

2.1 Official Logo

Always use the official MISSHA logo provided by the brand.

Do not alter, distort, or modify the logo.

2.2 Clear Space

Maintain at least the height of the “M” in MISSHA as padding around the logo.

2.3 Incorrect Usage

Do not add effects, colors, or rotate.

Do not use low-resolution or recreated versions.

3. Brand Name Usage

3.1 Correct usage: MISSHA (all caps).
3.2 Do not shorten, modify, or use slang versions of the brand name.
3.3 Always pair MISSHA with skincare or beauty context when writing copy.

4. Tone of Voice

Confident, approachable, informative.

Educate consumers about product benefits without exaggeration.

Avoid slang, casual nicknames, or misleading claims (e.g., “miracle cure,” “instant results”).

Always comply with FTC disclosure rules (use #ad, #sponsored, or affiliate disclaimers where required).

5. Visual Identity

5.1 Imagery

Use high-quality, clean product photography.

Lifestyle images should highlight natural beauty, confidence, and inclusivity.

Do not use overly filtered or distorted product imagery.

6. Digital & Affiliate Use

6.1 Websites & Blogs

Affiliates must display product details accurately and update information regularly.

Unauthorized discount codes or misleading promotions are not allowed.

6.2 Social Media

Always tag @missha_us (Instagram) or the correct MISSHA handle for other platforms.

Use approved hashtags: #MISSHA #MISSHAOfficial #KBeauty #KSkincare.

6.3 Paid Advertising

Affiliates may not use the MISSHA brand name in PPC ad copy, display URLs, or search titles, unless expressly approved.

Only generic, non-branded keywords may be used for paid campaigns.

7. Do’s and Don’ts

Do:

Use official product images provided by MISSHA.

Focus on education (e.g., “double cleansing benefits,” “hydrating ampoules”).

Highlight key brand values (innovation, quality, affordability).

Don’t:

Alter product packaging or labels in imagery.

Suggest unverified medical claims.

Promote MISSHA alongside counterfeit or competing “dupe” products.

Use unauthorized coupons, discounts, or bundle promotions.

8. Approval & Compliance

Affiliates may request creative assets via MISSHA’s affiliate team on Awin.

All promotional material is subject to review and removal if deemed non-compliant.

Consistent misuse of brand assets may result in program suspension or termination.
