Drinkmate Brand Guidelines

1. Brand Name & Spelling

  • Approved Name: Drinkmate (One word, capital 'D', lowercase 'm').
  • Prohibited Variations: Do not use "Drink Mate", "DrinkMate", "Drink-mate", or "Drinkm8".
  • Trademark: Please use the registered trademark symbol on the first mention of the brand in any published content: Drinkmate®.
  • Company Name: The parent company is iDrink Products. Consumer-facing promotions should prioritize the "Drinkmate" brand name.

2. Approved Product Casing When referring to specific models, please ensure the casing is exactly as follows:

  • Drinkmate® OmniFizz * Drinkmate® LUX
  • Drinkmate® Spritzer
  • Drinkmate® instaFizz

3. Logo & Asset Usage

  • Approved Assets: Affiliates must only use the official logos, banners, and lifestyle imagery provided within the Awin interface or our approved media kit.
  • No Alterations: Do not stretch, warp, recolor, or overlay text onto the Drinkmate logo. The logo must maintain its original aspect ratio.
  • Clear Space: Ensure there is adequate clear space around the logo so it is not crowded by other text or imagery.

4. Messaging Rules

  • The Core Differentiator: If describing the product's function, it must be accurate. Drinkmate carbonates any cold beverage (juice, wine, tea, flat soda, etc.). Please do not refer to it merely as a "water sparkling machine," as this diminishes our primary competitive advantage.
  • No Health Claims: Do not make any unverified medical or health claims regarding the consumption of carbonated beverages.

5. Promotional Compliance

  • Accurate Offers: All listed prices, discounts, and bundle offers must be accurate and currently active.
  • No Expired Codes: Do not promote expired promo codes or advertise "click here for coupon" if no coupon is available.
  • Brand Safety: Drinkmate links, banners, or mentions must not be placed on websites containing explicit, illegal, highly polarizing, or offensive content.
