Welcome to the LEDBE Affiliate Program on Awin. By joining our program, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions, which are designed to ensure a transparent, fair, and mutually beneficial partnership.
1. Commission & Payments
Commission Rate: 6% per approved sale.
Validation Period: All transactions are reviewed within 30 days to confirm order completion and prevent fraud/returns.
Payment: Commission is paid via Awin once validated, according to Awin’s standard payment schedule.
Reversals: Orders that are cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or not fulfilled will not generate commission.
2. Cookie Duration
The program operates with a 30-day cookie window.
Last-click attribution applies unless otherwise stated.
3. Promotional Methods Allowed
Affiliates may promote LEDBE products using:
Content sites, blogs, forums, and niche communities.
Review, comparison, or coupon websites (approved individually).
Social media channels and influencer promotion.
Email marketing (only to opted-in, GDPR-compliant lists).
4. Prohibited Promotional Activities
The following are strictly not allowed:
PPC/SEM bidding on brand keywords, including “LEDBE,” “ledbe.com,” misspellings, or variations.
Direct linking from PPC ads to ledbe.com.
Use of unauthorized voucher/discount codes.
Cookie stuffing, incentivized clicks, or forced redirects.
Misrepresentation of LEDBE (false claims, misleading discounts, etc.).
Any activity that violates Awin’s Code of Conduct or applicable laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
5. Content & Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must use official banners, logos, and creatives provided in the Awin platform.
Product descriptions must be accurate and reflect LEDBE’s actual offering.
Unauthorized alteration of creatives or misleading product claims is prohibited.
6. Termination & Breach
LEDBE reserves the right to withhold commission and/or terminate affiliates who breach these terms.
Serious violations (fraud, brand bidding, trademark abuse) may result in immediate removal and reporting to Awin.
7. Liability & Compliance
Affiliates act as independent contractors and are responsible for their own tax, compliance, and disclosures.
Affiliates must comply with FTC disclosure guidelines, Awin’s terms, and local advertising laws.
LEDBE will not be liable for indirect losses, technical issues, or tracking interruptions caused by third parties.
8. Program Changes
LEDBE reserves the right to modify commission rates, terms, or program details at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via Awin. Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms.
