To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must submit an application form. HIMODA.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any application for membership in the Affiliate Program. Participation may be suspended or terminated if we determine (at our discretion) that your site is unsuitable for the program. Unsuitable sites include those that:
Promote illegal activities
promote sexually explicit materials
Promote violence
Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Violate intellectual property rights
Or otherwise deemed inconsistent with the best interests of HIMODA.COM
This agreement shall apply only to Affiliate owned and managed web sites or other channels indicated in the registration form.
Below terms must be followed:
Not allowed to use domains containing the brand's name
Not allowed to bid on brand's name (including misspelling and variations) on Google Adwords, Adcenter, etc.
