- Esta prohibida la publicidad en sitios que violan la ley, en sitios con material pornografico, software ilegal, musica ilegal u otros contenidos o páginas que puedan dañar la reputación de Douglas o la tienda online.
- Estan prohibidos los sitios sin contenido (solo banners), bajo construcción o páginas puerta.
- Esta prohibido Popup, Popunder, Frame, iFrame o Layers que contengan la página de Douglas.
- Los sitios de afiliados requieren contener información de contacto.
- Puja de palabras es aceptado, sin embargo con las siguientes limitaciones:
- Esta prohibido el uso de la marca "Douglas", "Tienda Douglas", "Tienda online Douglas" en URL de display, URL click o como palabra clave. Es sólo aceptado para afiliados con su propia landing page. Afiliados SEM estan sujetos a una aprobación especial.
- Esta prohibido el uso de error de tipografía relacionado con la marca, uso de textos engañosos y uso de marcas de la competencia.
- Esta prohibido uso de PopUp, PopUnder, Frame, iFrame y Layer.
- Red de banners estan sujetos a aprobación especial por Douglas.
- Pregunta por la lista de palabras claves negativas.
- Al registrarse al programa de Douglas, los afiliados estan de acuerdo con las restricciones anteriores. El incumplimiento de las reglas del programa será causa de la cancelación del programa y cancelación de las ventas generadas.

- Websites without content (only banners), websites under construction and doorway pages are NOT allowed.
- No Popup, Pounder, Frame, iFrame or Layers that contain the Douglas site are allowed.
- Affiliate websites need to contain contact information
- Keyword Advertising* is desirable, however with the following limitations:
- Use of the trademarks "Douglas", "Douglas Shop", "Douglas Online Shop" in Display URL, Click URL or as Keywords is not allowed. It is only acceptable for affiliates with their own landing page. SEM affiliates are subject to special approval (e.g. apply for Douglas with the URL of your landing page. Only this one landing page may be used! Use of typo or other brand related domains is forbidden. Use of misleading texts is forbidden. Use of brands or trademarks of competitors in the ad text or as keywords is forbidden.
- PopUp, PopUnder, Frame, iFrame as well as Layer are not allowed
- Banner networks are subject to special advertising approval by Douglas

- By subscribing to the Douglas program, affiliates agree on restrictions above. Breaking the conditions will result in immediate decline in the program and cancelation of all sales that were generated against the program rules.
