Rush House Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and have a valid website, blog, or social media platform suitable for promoting Rush House products. By joining the program, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.
2. Commission & Payment
Affiliates earn 20% commission on each qualified sale. Commissions are tracked via Awin, and payments are made according to Awin’s standard payment schedule. Only completed, non-cancelled, and non-refunded orders qualify for commission.
3. Cookie Duration
The affiliate tracking cookie lasts for 30 days from the time a user clicks your affiliate link. Sales made after this period will not be eligible for commission.
4. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates must promote Rush House products ethically and honestly.
Misleading advertising, false claims, or unauthorized discounts are strictly prohibited.
Affiliates may use approved banners, text links, and creatives provided by Rush House.
5. Prohibited Activities
Spamming, unsolicited email marketing, or PPC advertising targeting Rush House trademarks is prohibited.
Affiliates may not incentivize clicks or purchases through misleading schemes.
Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords without prior approval.
6. Termination
Rush House reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account for violation of these terms. Commissions for fraudulent or non-compliant activity will not be paid.
7. Modifications
Rush House reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rush House is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate’s participation in the program.
