Program Terms

Affiliate Terms and Conditions:
This is the Agreement that will govern your participation in the Kori Krill Oil Program offered through the ShareASale Network. This agreement is inclusive of the outlined special terms & conditions below as well as standard terms and conditions for Internet Advertising for Media Buying referenced here: https://www.iab.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/IAB_4As-tsandcs-FINAL.pdf

Special Terms and Conditions:
1. MEDIA TYPES: Media types must be made transparent when applying for the program. The following media types are not permitted without expressed written consent: Paid Search, Toolbar, Email. The following media types are permitted: Content, Coupon, Loyalty, Health Endemic, Text Link.

2. PAID SEARCH: No bidding on branded search terms is permitted without written consent from the advertiser. If any vendor is found to be in violation of these or any following terms, forfeiting of monthly commissions is at risk. Brand search terms include potential misspellings or variants of the brand terms.

3. ADVERTISING DISCLOSURES: Content which includes an endorsement of any kind must also include disclosure that there is a paid relationship between Kori Krill Oil & You, the publisher. Any endorsement without disclosure may lead to termination of the relationship. Publisher shall comply with all United States Federal Trade Commission laws and guidelines regarding endorsement and testimonials in advertising. If you share a testimonial (review, post, comment, photo, video, message) about Kori Krill oil, it should be truthful and honest, based on Your actual experience with the brand, product or service. Please do not make any misleading statements, exaggerate or disparage competitors or others in Your testimonial. Anyone (e.g. celebrities, influencers, consumers, agents, vendors or employees) who receives anything of value from Kori Krill Oil in exchange for a testimonial should use an appropriate disclosure. Here are some examples:
• “I received product from Kori Krill Oil” or “Kori Krill Oil sent me this product”
• “I partnered with Kori Krill Oil to review this product”
• If your post is an entry to a contest/sweepstakes use #ContestEntry or #SweepstakesEntry
• For video, use both audio voiceover disclosures such as “I am partnering with Kori Krill Oil to bring you this video” and include on-screen disclosure in an easy to read, contrasting font.
• If there are character restrictions, use a hash tag such as #BrandPartner, #Ad or #GiftedbyBrand
• Place disclosures at the beginning, on top of or next to the testimonial (don’t bury it in hashtags). Use easy to understand language and disclose in every post that mentions the brand.

Any communications that relate to Kori Krill Oil, its brand, products or services must be truthful, respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of others, and at all times be respectful in message and tone. If an advertisement does not comply with these guidelines or may reasonably be deemed to be offensive, Kori Krill Oil may ask for its removal.

4. HEALTH BENEFIT MESSAGING & DISCLAIMER REQUIREMENTS FOR ADVERTISING: There are specific US regulatory requirements around how dietary supplements communicate health benefit claims. If the Advertising discusses the health benefits of Kori Krill Oil, Your advertisement must only use the following approved claims language:

a. General
i. supports heart, brain, joint, eye, skin and immune health*

b. Heart Health
i. supports a healthy heart*
ii. supports a healthy heart and help circulation*
iii. supports normal triglycerides*
iv. may increase ‘good’ cholesterol (HDL)*
v. supports normal circulation and heart rhythm*
vi. supports already normal blood pressure*
vii. Supportive but not conclusive research shows that consumption of EPA and DHA Omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. One serving of Kori Krill oil provides 250 grams of EPA and DHA Omega-3 fatty acids. [See nutrition information for total fat, saturated fat and cholesterol content.]

c. Brain Health
i. supports brain health*
ii. promotes healthy brain function*
iii. Kori Krill Oil is a good source of choline, which supports brain and nervous system health*

d. Immune Health
i. supports a healthy immune system*
ii. regulates or modulates inflammation*
iii. helps regulate inflammation in the body, supporting our cellular repair and internal defense systems*
iv. helps maintain the normal healthy status quo*

e. Joint Health
i. supports joint function*
ii. supports joint comfort*
iii. supports joint flexibility as we age*

f. Eye Health
i. supports eye health*
ii. supports retinal structure and health*

g. Skin Health
i. supports skin health*
ii. helps maintain skin hydration*
iii. helps keep skin hydrated and strong*
iv. secures skin moisture*
v. help to make skin feel smoother and softer*

The above claims may be combined. For example, “Kori Krill Oil secures skin moisture and helps maintain skin hydration.* or “Kori Krill Oil supports eye health and joint comfort.*”
Where denoted with an * at the end of the claim, the following FDA disclaimers is needed at the end of the advertisement: *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
If an advertisement does not comply with these guidelines, Kori Krill Oil may ask for it to be edited. If it is not edited, Kori Krill Oil may ask for its removal.

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: You agree that if asked by Kori Krill Oil or Our agents, you will implement any request from Us to remove, alter or modify any graphics, text links or banner ads made available to ensure accuracy and compliance of the advertising of Our products.

6. COMMISSIONS: Kori Krill Oil has the right to determine which commissions are payable and can reverse commissions at any time, within the guardrails of the ShareASale network.

7. RESELLING: Any order that indicates a consumer may be reselling of the products purchased from Kori Krill Oil may result in a commission reversal.

8. TERMINATION: Either party, may at any time, terminate this agreement with seven-days’ notice. If a previously agreed upon media arrangement is in place, any media that was paid for either with compensation in dollars or promotional value will need to run, unless otherwise agreed
