Other : 4% of item sale amount Limits - 1 action per click- Period : N/AProcess - Action Locking : Actions are locked 2 months after end of the month they are tracked.- Invoicing : Actions are invoiced on the 3 of the month after they lock.- Payout Schedule : Approved transactions are paid 30 day(s) after end of the month they are invoiced.OrdersChange Notification Period : The insertion order can be changed or cancelled with 1 day.Reversal Policy : Reversal of performance advertising actions are decided by Ninja Play Fitness governed by a max reversal percentage of 100%TerminationNinja Play Fitness may terminate the Program Agreement immediately in the event that Media Partner: - Operates an illegal business through its website and/or subscription email list.- Engages in any illegal activity of any type, including but not limited to displaying illegal content on its website and/or in its subscription e-mails or offering any illegal goods or services through its website and/or subscription e-mails.- Its website or e-mail link to its websites contain or promote any content which Ninja Play Fitness, in its sole discretion, believes is misleading, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, or pornographic.- Engages in indiscriminate or unsolicited commercial advertising e-mails.- Places links to a Destination Site in newsgroups, message boards, unsolicited e-mail and other types of spam, banner networks, counters, chatrooms, guest books, IRC channels or through similar Internet resources.- Causes or enables links to a Destination Site which are not made in good faith, including, but not limited to, by means of any device, program, robot, Iframes, hidden frames, JavaScript popup windows and redirects.- Establishes or causes to be established any promotion that provides any rewards, points or compensation for qualified leads.- Breaches this Supplemental Agreement.- Breaches a provision of the Program Agreement or infringes any trademarks or brands; and/or (x) dilutes, blurs or tarnishes the value of Ninja Play’s marks.
