TRADEMARK
Under no circumstances can a third party use The Bella Bean logo without the consent of The Bella Bean. Consent requests should be emailed to info@thebellabeanshop.com. All marketing photography found on The Bella Bean website, social media accounts and email marketing promotions are strictly owned by The Bella Bean and should only be used for promotion of The Bella Bean brand. Requests to use any of these items for other purposes should be emailed to info@thebellabeanshop.com.
COUPON / DISCOUNT CODE POLICY
Coupon and discount codes will be factored into a sale total before commissions are paid out. The commission rate is calculated before tax and shipping, and after all discount codes are processed; the commission rate is therefore calculated on the subtotal of an order.

All email marketing content, including photography, is strictly owned by The Bella Bean and cannot be used without consent of The Bella Bean. Requests to use any of these items should be emailed to info@thebellabeanshop.com.

SPECIAL COMMISSION RULES
Commissions are earned at a rate of 20% on all sales. The commission rate is calculated before tax and shipping, and after all discount codes are processed; the commission rate is therefore calculated on the subtotal of an order.
Commissions are paid using RewardStyle’s thirty day window. The Bella Bean does not allow any return or exchange of any monogrammed item. Many items, such as holiday, sale and clearance, are not returnable or exchangeable. Some non-monogrammed items may be exchanged for store credit only. No cash refunds on any sale.
PAY PER CLICK BIDDING RULES
The Bella Bean pays commissions on closed orders (sales). The Bella Bean does not participate in pay per click activity.
