1. Overview

Welcome to the Function101 Affiliate Program on Awin. By joining our program, you agree to abide by these Program Terms in addition to Awin’s Publisher Terms. These rules ensure a fair, transparent, and mutually beneficial partnership between Function101 and all approved publishers.

Function101 designs minimal, functional tech accessories that complement Apple products and simplify your workspace — including Cable Blocks, WorkPad Desk Mats, and the Button Remote for Apple TV.

2. Commission Structure

Base Commission: [Example: 10 % of net sales]

Cookie Duration: 30 days

Payment Window: Paid via Awin, subject to standard validation and return periods.

Special Campaigns: From time to time, Function101 may offer bonus commissions or promotions; details will be communicated within Awin or by email.

Function101 reserves the right to update commission rates with at least 30 days’ notice via the Awin interface. Reductions will not exceed 20 % within any 30-day period.

3. Program Eligibility

To participate, affiliates must:

Operate a legitimate, content-driven, or deal-focused website, app, or social channel.

Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Awin’s Publisher Terms.

Maintain accurate and current account information.

Not promote Function101 on any site containing adult, violent, discriminatory, or illegal content.

Function101 reserves the right to approve or decline any application or to remove publishers who do not meet quality or compliance standards.

4. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates may use approved Function101 banners, links, and creative assets provided in the Awin interface. The following restrictions apply:

Permitted Activities:

Posting banners, product links, and reviews on your owned platforms.

Using Function101 imagery and copy provided by the advertiser.

Promoting exclusive Function101 offers and coupon codes communicated through Awin.

Prohibited Activities:

Using unapproved coupon codes or promoting expired offers.

Bidding on Function101 trademarks or misspellings (e.g., “Function 101,” “Function-101”) in any PPC campaigns.

Using Function101’s name in your domain name or social handle without written permission.

Direct linking from paid search ads to Function101.com.

Misrepresenting Function101 products or using false claims.

Using downloadable software, browser extensions, or toolbars without explicit approval.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or reversal of commissions.

5. Tracking & Attribution

All sales must be tracked via Awin’s approved tracking technology.
Function101 participates in Awin’s Conversion Protection Initiative (CPI) to ensure fair tracking and prevent lost commissions.
Publishers must not modify or manipulate any tracking links.

6. Use of Creative Assets

Creative assets provided through Awin remain the property of Function101.

Do not alter logos, product names, or photography without written consent.

Requests for custom content or product imagery may be submitted to affiliates@function101.com.

7. Coupon and Cashback Policy

Only coupons listed within Awin or pre-approved in writing by Function101 are eligible for commission.

Affiliates may not post coupons obtained through newsletters, social media, or private offers unless explicitly approved.

Cashback, loyalty, and reward sites must disclose incentive mechanics and comply with FTC guidelines.

8. Compliance and FTC Disclosure

Publishers must comply with all applicable FTC guidelines for affiliate marketing, including clear and conspicuous disclosure of affiliate relationships (e.g., “I may earn a commission from purchases made through links on this page.”).

Failure to disclose properly may result in termination from the program.

9. Program Changes and Termination

Function101 may update these Program Terms with 14 days’ notice posted via the Awin interface.
We reserve the right to terminate relationships at any time for material breaches, including but not limited to fraudulent transactions, misrepresentation, or brand-damaging activities.

Upon termination, affiliates must immediately remove all Function101 links and assets.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

Affiliates must comply with all applicable data-protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and related frameworks). No customer data collected through Function101.com or Awin tracking may be used for re-marketing or resale purposes.
