To protect our brand identity and ensure consistency, affiliates must follow the guidelines below when promoting Kadalys:
- Affiliates may not use “Kadalys” or any variations/misspellings in domain names, subdomains, usernames, or social handles (e.g., kadalys.website.com or kadalys-coupons.com).
- Affiliates may not impersonate Kadalys, claim to be “official,” or mislead customers into thinking they are the brand.
- Affiliates may not use the Kadalys trademark in paid search ad copy, titles, or display URLs.
- Only approved creatives provided in Awin may be used. Affiliates may not alter, distort, or recreate logos, images, or brand assets without prior written approval.
- Custom creatives require approval from Kadalys before use.
- Affiliates may not post affiliate links on Kadalys’ own social media pages.
- Messaging must not misrepresent offers or create the appearance of exclusivity unless explicitly provided by Kadalys.
