By joining the Advanced Clinicals Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Commission & Payments
Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique tracking links. Commission rates and payment schedules will be outlined upon acceptance into the program and are subject to change at any time. Payments will be issued on a monthly basis, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.
2. Tracking & Attribution
All referrals must be tracked through your assigned affiliate link. We are not responsible for commissions on sales that are not properly tracked due to misuse of links, technical issues, or customer actions.
3. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Advanced Clinicals through social media, websites, blogs, and email marketing, provided all content is accurate, truthful, and aligned with our brand values. Misleading claims, false advertising, or unauthorized use of brand assets is strictly prohibited.
4. Brand Representation
Affiliates must represent Advanced Clinicals in a professional and respectful manner. We reserve the right to request the removal of any content that we believe misrepresents the brand or does not align with our standards.
5. Discount Codes & Offers
Exclusive affiliate codes may be provided and are intended for your audience only. Sharing codes on unauthorized coupon or deal sites is not permitted unless approved in writing.
6. Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines regarding disclosures and endorsements. Proper disclosure of affiliate relationships is required in all promotional content.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at our discretion if these terms are violated or for any reason deemed necessary.
8. Program Changes
