Commission & Cookie Policy
Standard commission: 6% CPA on all approved sales (excluding shipping, taxes, and cancellations).
Cookie duration: 30 days.
Commissions will not be paid on returns, cancellations, or fraudulent transactions.
Affiliate Best Practices
We encourage affiliates to:
Create authentic, original content that aligns with Dona’s brand values and visual identity.
Use approved creative assets provided via Awin.
Maintain transparency with audiences by disclosing affiliate relationships per FTC guidelines.
Reach out to the Dona affiliate team for exclusive content, product samples, or collaborations when relevant.
Prohibited Activities
To protect Dona’s brand integrity, affiliates may not engage in the following activities:
1. Trademark & Paid Search Restrictions
No TM or TM+ bidding (e.g., “Dona,” “Dona Tea,” “Drink Dona,” or misspellings thereof) on search engines (Google, Bing, etc.).
Do not use Dona’s trademarked terms in display URLs, ad copy, or as part of your domain/subdomain (e.g., donatea-discount.com).
Negative matching of brand terms is required.
2. Coupon & Incentive Sites
Coupon affiliates must only promote active, approved codes provided through Awin.
Unauthorized coupon code promotion or “click-to-reveal” behavior may result in commission reversals.
3. Misrepresentation
Do not imply partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement beyond participation in the affiliate program.
Avoid misleading claims about discounts, pricing, or promotions.
4. Email Marketing
No unsolicited (“spam”) emails containing Dona links or branding.
5. Social Media & Influencer Promotions
Use only official brand handles and hashtags.
Always include proper affiliate disclosures (e.g., “#ad” or “#affiliate”).
6. Domain & Typo-Squatting
Registration or use of domains/subdomains that include Dona’s trademark, misspellings, or confusingly similar names is strictly prohibited.
Compliance & Enforcement
Dona reserves the right to:
Decline or remove any affiliate at its discretion.
Reverse commissions for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or order cancellations.
Update terms at any time with notice via Awin.
