Affiliate Terms of Agreement This Affiliate TOA Terms of Agreement ("Agreement") describes the rights and obligations of Ploylab and the Web Site Owner who has agreed to become an affiliate.Ploylab reserves the right to reject any web site or affiliate if we determine, in our sole discretion and following our review of your site, that your site is unsuitable for any reason, including, but not limited to, inclusion of content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable. Ploylab has the right in its sole and absolute discretion to reject your application, or to terminate your participation in the program, for any reason. 1] Ploylab allowed affiliates to do PPC promotions to use keywords like TM (trademark name), TM+Keywords, TM+Coupon use any combination associate with trademark(TM) as per your requirement. This clause can be change in future. You if you have question send us email.2] Ploylab also allowed to their affiliates to linking directly to their website through the search engines.3] Ploylab allow all the affiliates to promote their coupon codes on their websites. Don't use the fake coupon code on your website. If we found any affiliates promoting the fake coupon code then we will send one email notification message and after one day we will remove them from our affiliate program.4] As an Affiliate Program member, we will make available to you a variety of graphic and textual links ("Links" or "Link"), which, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may display as often and in as many areas on your site as you desire. The Links will serve to identify your site as a member of our Affiliate Program and will establish a link from your site to ours. 5] Affiliate will not create a site so that it is confusingly similar to https://www.ploylab.com/ as determined by our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to sites that mimic or copy the look and feel, or name of https://www.ploylab.com/ or any variations our name are prohibited.6] You may not place banners or links containing your affiliate id on websites, forums or blogs not directly owned or controlled by you. If you have questions about linking, send us an email and ask. 7] Your affiliate tracking cookie may ONLY be set on a user's computer when they click on a link from your website or your opt-in email newsletter that takes them directly to our website.
