Derivatives, misspellings, or variations of our trade name.
Broad-match based search terms including our trade name.
We have the right in our sole discretion to monitor your site and socials at any time and from time to time to determine if you are in compliance with the terms of this agreement.
Content Policy:
Affiliates are prohibited from the following:
Using our trade name (GadgetGone) in the title or URL of any piece of content which is clearly meant to or does rank in organic search engine results.
The promotion and/or use of GadgetGone on platforms or content pieces which are offensive, illegal, obscene or contain adult content.
“Spamming” anyone with referral invitations that include our trade name GadgetGone.
All social media postings must be in compliance with any applicable regulations and laws.
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to terminate your affiliate status with GadgetGone, if at any time this agreement is violated we will not be liable to you or to any third party for doing so.
