fyb jewelry Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Please read our affiliate terms and conditions carefully before you join our program or begin marketing our program. These terms and conditions are written in plain language intentionally avoiding legalese to ensure that they may be clearly understood and followed by affiliates. Each Affiliate is responsible for assuring that its employees, agents and contractors comply with these terms and conditions.
By applying to and participating in the fyb jewelry Affiliate Program through the Awin platform, you
(the "Publisher" or "Affiliate") agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms
supplement the Awin Network's standard publisher agreement.
- Agreement & Duration
This agreement commences upon fyb jewelry's acceptance of your affiliate application and remains in effect until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice via the Awin platform. fyb jewelry reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
2. Publisher Eligibility
fyb jewelry reserves the right to approve or decline any publisher application at its sole discretion. Publisher websites and channels must align with our brand values. The following types of sites are not eligible for the program:
- Sites that promote sexually explicit or adult content
- Sites that promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activity
- Sites that violate intellectual property rights
- Coupon farms, unauthorized cashback schemes, or low-quality content aggregators
- Sites associated with controversial, political, or negative content that could harm the fyb jewelry brand
3. Commission & Validation
Qualifying Sales:
Commission is awarded on completed and fully paid orders only. The following transactions are not eligible for commission:
- Cancelled, returned, or refunded orders
- Fraudulent or self-referred transactions
- Orders placed using expired or unauthorized promotional codes
- Orders where the sale cannot be properly attributed via a valid tracking link
Validation Period:
Transactions will be validated within 50 days of the sale date. Any chargebacks, returns, or cancellations will be deducted from pending commission payments accordingly.
Attribution Window:
fyb jewelry uses a 90-day last-click attribution window. A sale will be attributed to a publisher if the customer completes their purchase within 90 days of clicking the affiliate's tracking link, provided no other affiliate link is clicked in between.
4. Promotional Codes & Vouchers
Publishers may only promote discount codes and vouchers that have been officially provided by fyb jewelry through the Awin platform. Unauthorized use of codes — including customer-generated codes, leaked codes, or codes from other channels — will result in commission forfeiture for those transactions. Publishers who repeatedly display expired or unauthorized codes may be suspended from the program.
5. Paid Search Policy (PPC)
Publishers must not bid on the following in any pay-per-click or paid search campaigns without prior written approval from fyb jewelry:
- The brand term "fyb jewelry" or any variations or misspellings thereof
- Any branded URLs associated with fyb jewelry
- Any keyword strings that include or closely mirror fyb jewelry's brand name
Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions.
6. Content & Brand Guidelines
As an affiliate of fyb jewelry, you agree to uphold our brand values and maintain consistency with our premium positioning. Specifically:
- Promotional content must accurately represent fyb jewelry's products and may not include false claims, exaggerated discounts, or misleading statements
- Product descriptions must align with official fyb jewelry descriptions — do not fabricate specifications, materials, or pricing
- fyb jewelry branding, logos, and creative assets may only be used in their approved form as provided through the Awin platform
- Affiliates may not create unofficial fyb jewelry social media accounts or impersonate the brand in any capacity
- Spammy, low-quality, or keyword-stuffed content that misrepresents fyb jewelry is strictly prohibited
7. Email Marketing
Affiliates who wish to run email marketing campaigns must contact fyb jewelry in advance to obtain the current suppression list. All email campaigns must be fully compliant with applicable law (including CAN-SPAM / GDPR as relevant). Mass unsolicited email campaigns using fyb jewelry branding without prior approval are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
8. Tracking & Assets
All affiliate links, banners, and creative assets provided by fyb jewelry through the Awin platform must be used in their intended manner to ensure accurate tracking and commission attribution. Tampering with or modifying tracking tags in any way is prohibited. fyb jewelry is not responsible for lost commissions resulting from affiliate-side tracking errors.
9. Fraudulent Activity
Any activity that appears to constitute affiliate fraud — including but not limited to cookie stuffing, click fraud, fake transactions, or self-referrals — will be investigated and may result in immediate program termination, forfeiture of all pending commissions, and potential legal action.
10. Termination
fyb jewelry reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the program immediately and without prior notice if they are found to be in breach of these terms. Upon termination, any pending commissions on unvalidated transactions may be forfeited at fyb jewelry's discretion.
11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
fyb jewelry makes no express or implied warranties regarding potential earnings from the program. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of our website or affiliate tracking systems and will not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors or downtime. All product pricing and availability is set solely by fyb jewelry and is subject to change without notice.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to the overarching Awin Network Publisher Agreement. In the event of any conflict, the Awin Network Agreement shall take precedence.
