This agreement outlines the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation in the WP Ghost Affiliate Program through Awin. Please read it carefully before applying.
1. Approval or Rejection of the Application
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. We may reject applications for websites that we determine are unsuitable for our program. You will have no legal recourse if your application is denied.
2. Commissions and Payouts
You will earn a commission for each new customer you refer who completes a purchase. Commissions are paid monthly, and referred accounts must remain active for at least 35 days to qualify.
Self-referrals are not allowed. You will not receive commissions for purchases made through your own affiliate links.
Only the first purchase per referral is commissionable.
Commissions will not be paid for refunded or chargeback transactions.
3. Termination
Your affiliate account may be suspended or terminated without notice for any of the following reasons:
Inappropriate advertising (false claims, misleading links, etc.)
Spamming (email, forums, etc.)
Promotion on sites with illegal or offensive content
Failure to disclose your affiliate relationship as required by FTC or applicable regulations
Use of WP Ghost trademarks without authorization
Offering cash rebates or unapproved incentives
Fraudulent transactions or suspected abuse
MINBO QRE reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
Prohibited websites include those that:
Contain adult content, violence, hate speech, or unlawful material
Promote or link to hacking, cracking, nulled, or warez content
4. Cookie Lifetime
Affiliate referral cookies are valid for 30 days. You will not receive a commission if:
The customer uses a different browser to complete the purchase
The customer completes the purchase after 30 days have passed
5. Affiliate Links
You may use approved text and image links on your website, email, or social media channels. You may also create your own graphics and messaging, provided they are appropriate and do not misrepresent the product.
Modifying the tracking link design is only allowed with our written consent.
6. Refunded Purchases
Commissions will only be paid for valid, non-refunded purchases older than 35 days. If a referred purchase is refunded or canceled, the corresponding commission will be rejected.
Other reasons for commission rejection include:
Renewal or upgrade sales (not eligible unless specified)
Violation of promotional terms or intent of this agreement
7. Coupon and Deal Sites
Unless explicitly authorized, affiliates may not promote WP Ghost using coupons or deal-based promotions. Specifically:
You may not use your affiliate link on coupon or deal websites
You may not mislead users by implying discounts or offers
You may not use keywords like "WP Ghost discount" or "WP Ghost coupon" in your content, meta tags, URLs, or ads
You may not trigger cookies with pop-ups or hidden actions
You may not display “Click to reveal coupon” language when no real deal exists
Violation of this policy will result in removal from the program.
8. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Policy
PPC advertising is not permitted without prior written approval.
9. Referral Program Restriction
The WP Ghost Referral Program is intended for existing customers to invite friends or contacts. It is not to be used by affiliates or businesses for profit.
10. Application Questions
Upon applying, we may contact you to clarify your promotion plans. If you do not respond within 7 days, your application may be rejected.
You're welcome to reapply later with additional information.
11. Dormant Accounts
Accounts that do not generate any traffic or clicks for 6 consecutive months will be temporarily deactivated.
We encourage active promotion. If you need help with strategies or materials, please reach out to us.
12. Liability
MINBO QRE is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages, such as loss of revenue or data, arising from affiliate tracking issues or program errors.
We offer no warranty regarding the accuracy, performance, or availability of the affiliate program or our website.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MINBO QRE and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims or liabilities related to your affiliate activities or violations of this agreement.
14. Term of the Agreement
This agreement begins upon acceptance into the program. We may update or terminate it at any time. Continued participation indicates your acceptance of any changes.
