JADE Swim – Branding Guidelines for Affiliates

Affiliates must ensure all promotions reflect the premium and minimal aesthetic of JADE Swim.

1. Brand Presentation

  • JADE Swim should be represented as a luxury swimwear brand.
  • Content must be clean, elevated, and aligned with a high-end aesthetic.
  • Avoid cluttered layouts, excessive discount messaging, or low-quality visuals.

2. Imagery & Creative Use

  • Only use official JADE Swim imagery or approved content.
  • Images must not be altered in a way that misrepresents color, fit, or design.
  • Do not add graphics, overlays, or text that detract from the product presentation.

3. Discount & Promotional Messaging

  • Avoid overly aggressive or misleading language such as “cheap,” “clearance,” or “best deal.”
  • Only promote discount codes that have been explicitly provided and approved.
  • Final sale items must not be advertised as eligible for returns or exchanges.

4. Brand Name Usage

  • Always refer to the brand as “JADE Swim” (not variations or misspellings).
  • Do not combine the brand name with unrelated or misleading terms.

5. Website & Content Quality

  • Affiliates must maintain a professional, high-quality website or social presence.
  • Sites containing inappropriate, offensive, or low-quality content will not be approved.

6. Right to Request Removal
JADE Swim reserves the right to request edits or removal of any content that does not meet brand standards.
