Affiliates must ensure all promotions reflect the premium and minimal aesthetic of JADE Swim.
1. Brand Presentation
- JADE Swim should be represented as a luxury swimwear brand.
- Content must be clean, elevated, and aligned with a high-end aesthetic.
- Avoid cluttered layouts, excessive discount messaging, or low-quality visuals.
2. Imagery & Creative Use
- Only use official JADE Swim imagery or approved content.
- Images must not be altered in a way that misrepresents color, fit, or design.
- Do not add graphics, overlays, or text that detract from the product presentation.
3. Discount & Promotional Messaging
- Avoid overly aggressive or misleading language such as “cheap,” “clearance,” or “best deal.”
- Only promote discount codes that have been explicitly provided and approved.
- Final sale items must not be advertised as eligible for returns or exchanges.
4. Brand Name Usage
- Always refer to the brand as “JADE Swim” (not variations or misspellings).
- Do not combine the brand name with unrelated or misleading terms.
5. Website & Content Quality
- Affiliates must maintain a professional, high-quality website or social presence.
- Sites containing inappropriate, offensive, or low-quality content will not be approved.
6. Right to Request Removal
JADE Swim reserves the right to request edits or removal of any content that does not meet brand standards.
