Snailax Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions (via AWIN)
Welcome to the Snailax Affiliate Program on AWIN!
By joining our program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a transparent and mutually beneficial partnership between Snailax and our affiliates.
1. Commission Structure
Standard commission: 10% per valid sale
Commission may be increased temporarily during campaigns or for selected partners.
Cookie duration: 30 days
2. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates are encouraged to promote Snailax products through:
Blog posts, product reviews, deal sites, wellness & fitness content
YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and email newsletters
Prohibited methods:
Paid search bidding on “Snailax” or close variations (e.g., “Snailax massager”)
Using the Snailax trademark in domains, social handles, or app names
Misleading claims or unauthorized health promises
Sending unsolicited emails (“spamming”)
3. Coupon & Discount Policy
Affiliates may only promote official Snailax coupons provided via AWIN.
Use of unauthorized coupons will result in commission reversal.
Do not scrape or repost expired codes.
4. Content Guidelines
You must disclose the affiliate relationship in your content (FTC-compliant).
Honest, experience-based reviews are strongly encouraged.
Content must not misrepresent product functionality or pricing.
5. Commission Validity
Orders canceled, returned, or refunded will not qualify for commission.
Snailax reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions for fraudulent or suspicious activity.
6. Geo Restrictions
Currently accepting affiliates primarily targeting US, UK, CA and DE traffic.
Please ensure your traffic aligns with our international distribution.
7. Termination
Snailax reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for the following reasons:
Violation of these terms
Fraudulent or suspicious traffic
Brand misrepresentation or unauthorized promotions
8. Program Updates
We may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via AWIN messaging. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
