Before starting doing business, NaTeal needs a clear understanding where the affiliate does business and whereas or not taxes need to be paid in that state. If it's not applicable, a document and a signature, from the Affiliate in a “nexus” State declaring that they do not perform any solicitation activities in that State that would cause nexus will be required.
