Participation
To participate in the Lbeads.com Affiliate Referral Program, the Affiliate registration form must be completed and submitted to Lbeads.com. All applicants, once approved, are immediately eligible to participate in the Lbeads.com Affiliate Referral program however such participation is subject to ongoing, periodic review by Lbeads.com and may be revoked at anytime without notice. Participation may be suspended or terminated if we determine (at our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for the Program. Unsuitable sites include those that:
• Promote illegal activities
• Promote sexually explicit materials
• Promote violence
• Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Or are otherwise deemed inconsistent with the best interests of Lbeads.com
This agreement shall apply only to Affiliate owned and managed web sites as indicated in the registration form. Under no circumstances may Lbeads.com Affiliate Referral links be placed on sites not registered with Lbeads.com

PPC Terms
Publishers are not allowed to promote Lbeads.com via PPC. The below activities are restricted and will result in void commissions:
• Directly linking to Lbeads from search engines
• Using the Lbeads brand name in you display URL
• Using Lbeads's brand name in paid search title and description
• Adding Lbeads's brand name to your negative keyword list
• Displaying ads when the Lbeads brand name or variations of the brand name are entered as search key words (i.e. Lbeads, Lbeads inc.)
• Using domains containing the Lbeads’s name
• Using the Lbeads’s name in the subdomain on the publisher’s own domain
• Using to bid on Lbeads’s name (including misspellings and variations) on Google ads, Bing ads, adCenter, etc…

Transactions
Transaction values that commission are paid on do not include:
• Sales tax
• Delivery charges
• Credit card fees
• Gift wrapping/additional service
Commissions will not be paid on gift cards and may be declined for the below reasons:
• Order canceled
• Item returned
• Customer failed credit check
• Breach of program terms and conditions
• Duplicate order
• Item was out of stock

Lbeads de-duplicates publisher sales against the following online advertising channels:
• PPC Brand
• PPC Generic
• Email Advertising
• Display Advertising
• Other Affiliate Networks
