1) Program Overview
MeMoi offers an affiliate program for publishers who promote the brand through content, email, social media, and other approved channels.
Affiliates may promote MeMoi products using approved tracking links, banners, text links, and promotional assets supplied through the network.
MeMoi reserves the right to approve or reject publishers and to terminate participation for policy violations, consistent with its site terms.
2) Commission Structure
8% of net sales for standard affiliate traffic.
Commission should be paid only on completed, non-cancelled, non-returned orders after all discounts, taxes, shipping, and gift wrap are excluded from the commissionable amount.
3) Cookie Duration
Cookie window: 90 days.
4) Eligible Traffic
Approved promotional methods include websites, blogs, editorial content, newsletters, organic social media, influencer content, and product review content.
Paid search, retargeting, and coupon-tool participation are allowed only if explicitly approved by the brand and compliant with network rules.
Affiliates must not use spam, scraping, misleading claims, or prohibited methods, aligning with MeMoi’s website restrictions on unlawful use, misleading information, and malware or spam activity.
5) Brand and Creative Rules
Affiliates may use MeMoi trademarks only as approved in program creative and may not register domain names, social handles, or ad accounts that contain MeMoi trademarks.
Claims about product performance, fit, comfort, compression, or benefits must be truthful and not exaggerated.
Affiliates may not alter official brand assets in a way that misrepresents the products, pricing, or brand identity.
6) Coupon and Deal Policy
Coupon publishers should only use coupon codes provided through the network or directly approved by MeMoi.
Expired, scraped, or unauthorized coupon codes are prohibited.
Cashback, loyalty, and deal partners should disclose incentives clearly and must not bid on brand terms unless explicitly authorized.
7) Order Validation and Reversals
Commissions are earned only on valid, shipped, and retained orders.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or returned in full will be reversed.
MeMoi may also decline commission for suspected self-referrals, bulk buying, reseller activity, or policy abuse, which is consistent with its right to limit orders and refuse service.
8) Prohibited Activities
The following are prohibited:
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or misleading redirects.
PPC on branded terms without written approval.
Trademark bidding or domain infringement.
Unapproved email spam or SMS spam.
Fake reviews, false claims, or incentivized traffic that misrepresents the offer.
Unauthorized use of MeMoi intellectual property or content, consistent with MeMoi’s site terms prohibiting misuse of site content and IP.
9) Promotional Positioning
MeMoi should be positioned as a value-driven fashion and comfort brand with broad assortment appeal, including socks, shapers, novelty hosiery, kids’ socks, loungewear, and slippers.
Suggested affiliate angles include gift guides, seasonal wardrobe updates, comfortwear, travel essentials, work-from-home basics, and holiday shopping.
The strongest content tends to be product-led, practical, and visually rich.
10) Payments
Payment method depends on Awin’s available payout options.
Minimum payout threshold should follow Awin’s standard settings or the brand’s internal threshold.
11) Compliance
Affiliates must comply with FTC disclosure rules, network policies, and all applicable advertising and privacy laws.
Affiliates are responsible for clearly disclosing affiliate relationships in all relevant content.
MeMoi may audit traffic sources and content at any time and may remove partners that violate program rules or damage brand reputation.
