DEFINITIONS:
“The Brand” mens Palmera Beachwear LLC and all its assets.
“Afiliate” means an individual or business generating their own traffic and thus rewarded for legitimate sales, leads, clicks, or other measurable action.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
It is understood that the affiliate will introduce Palmera Beachwear products to current and prospective customers and audience. And that you will comply with all the laws including those that govern email marketing and anti-spam laws.
?Palmera Beachwear will pay a commission per completed sales transaction according to the designated payment schedule as established by the affiliate program.
The brand reserves the right to accept, reject or suggest changes to content representing the brand.
SERVICE:
The Affiliate is allowed to place text links and/or linked image assets on his website or social media to generate traffic and promote Palmera Beachwear products.
The Affiliate must comply with the requirements of the Affiliate program including in particular any stipulations as to the content of the brand’s website and the use of the brand’s trademarks and logos.
TERM OF AGREEMENT:?The term of this agreement will begin upon acceptance of the Brand’s campaign proposal
The Affiliate is only eligible to earn commission fees on qualified purchases occurring during the term, and commission fees earned through the date of termination will remain payable only if the orders for the related products are not cancelled and comply with all the terms laid out in this agreement.
Without limitation, the Affiliate’s participation in this agreement, shall be deemed automatically terminated immediately and all commissions forfeiter upon the Affiliate’s violation of any terms of this agreement or of any applicable law or regulation having force of law.
PPC (PAY-PER-CLICK) BIDDING RULES:
The Affiliate may bid on approved keywords as stipulated in this program, but may not bid on the following restricted keywords:

“Palmera Beachwear Cover Ups”
“Palmera Beachwear Tunics”
“Palmera Beachwear Dresses”
“Palmera Beachwear Kaftans”

“Palmera Beachwear Pants”
