Welcome to the Yellow Owl Workshop affiliate program. This agreement outlines the terms and expectations for participation. Our goal is to make it easy, clear, and mutually beneficial. We’re here to help, and we ask that you operate in good faith, with transparency and respect for the brand.

Program Overview
This agreement covers your participation as an affiliate promoting Yellow Owl Workshop through the Awin platform. By applying and participating, you agree to comply with the terms below. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Yellow Owl Workshop. “You” and “your” refer to the affiliate.
Eligibility
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. The program is open to editorial publishers, influencers, creators, and newsletter writers who align with our values and content style.
We do not accept:
Coupon, cashback, or deal affiliates
Sites promoting violence, discrimination, or illegal content
Sites that infringe on copyright or trademark law
Domains that impersonate or closely resemble Yellow Owl Workshop
Partners using browser extensions, adware, toolbars, or traffic hijacking software
Affiliate Responsibilities
As an approved affiliate, you agree to:
Use only Awin-provided tracking links and creatives
Promote content truthfully and clearly identify affiliate relationships where applicable
Keep your content up to date and aligned with our current offerings
Only use approved product photos, brand assets, and short descriptions as provided in our Dropbox folder
You are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising and disclosure laws, including the FTC’s guidelines for affiliate endorsements.
Our Responsibilities
We will:
Provide high-resolution lifestyle and product photography via Dropbox
Maintain an up-to-date Airtable product feed with tracking links and short copy
Pay commissions through Awin per standard terms (15 percent base, 30-day cookie, and occasional promos)
Support you with seasonal campaign kits and outreach tools
We reserve the right to request content updates or revoke access if affiliate use violates brand guidelines or this agreement.
Content Guidelines
You may promote Yellow Owl Workshop in blog posts, gift guides, newsletters, or social media, so long as the content is original, truthful, and not misleading. You must not:
Use spam tactics or unsolicited messages
Use pop-ups, pop-unders, or tracking-interference software
Bid on branded keywords in paid search
Use redirects or cookie stuffing to generate false clicks
Brand Asset Use
You may use approved logos, product photos, and short descriptions from our Dropbox kit for promotion. Do not alter or modify assets. If you need alternate formats or sizes, ask us.
All goodwill associated with our brand remains the property of Yellow Owl Workshop.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by email. We may terminate without notice in cases of fraud, misuse, or policy violations. Commissions may be forfeited if fraud is detected.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our maximum liability is limited to commissions you’ve earned through qualified referrals.
Confidentiality
Any non-public information we share should be treated as confidential unless we say otherwise.
Final Notes
You are an independent contractor, not an employee
This agreement is governed by California law
If any clause is invalid, the rest remains in effect
